Our understanding of the gastrointestinal system in pathophysiology Parkinson’s disease (PD) has grown considerably over last two decades. Patients with PD experience notable symptoms, including constipation. In this study, effects knocked-down serping1, associated contraction and relaxation smooth muscle inflammation responses, by applying serping1 siRNA were investigated 1-methyl 4-phenyl 1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine-induced mice an α-syn change aspect. result, expression was knocked down treatment siRNA, decreased induced decrease colon. Furthermore, changes aggregation also examined brain, alleviated observed group. The results indicated that could ease synucleinopathy related to PD. This study raises possibility alleviate striatum substantia nigra regions brain.
